Pay Structure
Team Member: Front of House - $16.50 / Back of House - $17.50
Certified Trainer: Front of House - $17.50 / Back of House - $18.50
Team Leader: Front of House - 19.50 / Back of House - $20.50
Assistant Director: Front of House - $21.50 / Back of House - $22.50
Director: $25.00 and up
Benefits
Health Insurance*: Medical provided by employer. Dental & Vision optional at employee expense.
Paid Time Off*: Hours accrued based on position and hours worked
Paid Birthday Off*: Must put in a request with your director 2 weeks in advance
Shift Meals: Per shift One Entree Meal, a medium side, and a standard beverage.
Off the Clock 50% Discount: This discount only applies to the team member, not friends and family
